What is Stuff this Bus?
Every year, Good Measure Food Bank in collaboration with First Student Canada host “Stuff this Bus!”
Stuff this Bus is a fundraising event where we park a school bus in front of our building and “stuff” it with donations of school supplies and non-perishable food items. This event aims to assist youth and families in need within Peel by providing them easy access to food as well as school supplies needed for education. We want to ensure students are able to go to school prepared for a successful school year!
This event features live music, food, games, sports, a bouncy castle and more to be announced! Check our our Facebook page for the latest announcements!
How Can I Help?
Donate School Supplies
Backpacks, school supplies, and non-perishable food items can be donated at Christ for Life Ministries (3607 Wolfedale Road Mississauga, ON L5C 1V8) during our Office Hours OR you can donate it at the event right into our bus! Click here to find out what to donate!
If you would like to give a monetary donation you can:
- write a cheque to “Christ for life” with the memo “Good Measure Food Bank OR Stuff This Bus “
- email transfer to [email protected] writing that it is towards “Good Measure Food Bank OR Stuff This Bus “
- Tax receipts will be issued!
Please Note: We are currently an extension of Christ for Life Ministries and are in the process of becoming our own Charitable Organization! Please ensure that cheques to Christ for Life Ministries have the memo "Good Measure Food Bank" and email transfers sent to [email protected] have the subject line "Good Measure Food Bank" so your funds go directly to the food bank.
