Starting off as a small table with a few cans, Good Measure Food Bank began as Poverty in Peel became evident. What we thought would be a small table for years grew in a few weeks! It became apparent that we were doing what we were supposed to. However, we wanted Good Measure to be about more than just food. We wanted it to be about restoring hope back into people's lives. At Good Measure, we care about each person who comes through our doors and recognize that they each come with a story. We listen, we hear & we see each person who comes. Believing that in this chapter in their lives, every can of hope matters.
